But seriously, why do you think if you are not qualified to judge his balance if you can't even begin to imagine what would put him into a better place?
Yes, it is Riot's job, but it is also their job to understand who is strong and who is weak. (btw, that is the correct spelling. "Weak" is not strong. Week is 7 days.)
You seem to understand that buffing someone is not that simple, but you feel that it is simple enough to ask for and to simply receive.
That is really what blows my mind.
Can you at least tell me what about him is weak?
Does he not deal enough damage?
Is he not tanky enough?
Are his abilities on too long of a cooldown?
Does he not reach a power spike soon enough?
Does he fall off too early?
Anything?
If you don't have an answer to any of these, I really don't understand why you are in any position to call him weak.

dude listen im a gnar main and i have been playing him since he was added and i still play with him, he isn't week at all you need to play with him for a month or so watch some tutorials and some gameplays and then you will be like a god with gnar.

Has Gnar been nerfed recently? He was extremely OP in the right hands but he definitely has a high skill cap.
