You can farm under turret with any champion if you notice a pattern in hp..... for example early on, you want to do 1 auto attack with an ap champion (besides teemo) on a melee minion, and 2 turret shots and then you shoot that melee minion again. Caster minions is the same as melee, just 1 turret shot instead of 2..... ad champions it depends on your AD, play it by sight.

If worse comes to worse, use abilities to farm. Get ganks and your golden (literally if you use zhonyas). Watch the pattern, always be learning, and don't give up because you see a champion. Had a Nasus that only farmed top, couldnt be ganked because he could 3v1. Solution? Slow him down from time to time, and help other lanes. The Nasus was too occupied with farming and pushing than helping team. While he was still on 2nd top turret we got their nexus.

But Nasus is totally op! Cant win against one ever right?

Only Nasus and Katarina can farm easily

Or it is because they only focus on farm with Nasus..... I do not even have to open that link to know you are trying to talk Nasus up like he is some kind of God. That person probably just has horrible farming tendencies and goes for kills most often lol.
