Udyr need a buff or some type of rework

As someone who play udyr i feel like his current state is kinda okay in my opinion but not that great at the same time. Udyr is a very good early game champ but toward mid to late hes terrible like if you build tank and if enemy comp is fill with cc you’re pretty much screwed, and if you go damage you’ll still be screwed

Udyr does not need a buff. He needs a rework.

He's the most stat-checky of champions. There's nothing to time on him. There's nothing to outplay with or as him. It's "Do you have the MS to stay away?" and "If not, do you have the stats to survive him?".

I once had the pleasure of playing against an Udyr (in ARAM) that had 3 shield supports, one being Karma, while the Udyr built every MS item possible. All he did as threaten to stun us but it was enough.

Udyr has been sitting on supreme win rates 53-54%+ for quite a while already, even in high elo. He's not just "kinda okay".
Udyr's is very strong in mid game, and only kind of weak in mid-late (but that I mean he's still strong, just not super strong), but then shoot up in late game given he's basically the pinnacle of stat-check and by then he has the stats to just roll over everybody without contest.
Maybe a rework, but definitely not a buff.

Re-release Innervating Locket. Done. Udyr is a monster again, because only Udyr really benefitted from it. A couple now like Ryze might, but not enough to notice.

Every meta where Udyr was good Rito didn't like because they didn't like the fact that Trick2G got into challenger and was potentially going to see pro play.

I'm here to throw out that Udyr is especially hard to balance or even next to impossible to balance due to his kit. Udyr has absolutely no ultimate ability which is a huge factor in making champions have periods of threatening power/presence in this game. also, unlike some other champions without traditional ultimates like Nidalee or Jayce , Udyr has virtually no actual ability cooldowns to balance him around either. he needs a full vgu to bring him in line and give him a kit that can be balanced.
