how do you fight against nasus?

like if i play to aggro and push him under tower the enemy junglers will just usually come and killed me, likewise if I play passive then nasus will just get free farm.

Play ranged champions like Teemo, Kennen, Vlad and Rumble against him, you keep poking him for every minion he gets while avoiding aggro from minions by ducking into bush.

I found that while Cho'Gath is technically melee, the long range on his Q was more than convenient for punishing a Nasus (or most other top laners) who was just trying to farm. In addition the silence was nice in case he had enough and either tried to force a fight or had his jungle come up to help.

I played against a Nasus as Cho'Gath and it seemed to work well. All I had to do was stand back and punish him for coming up to the wave with my Q. All I had to do was keep my distance and a ward in the river bush to avoid getting killed in a gank (which of course I ignored in a moment of overconfidence and was rewarded with a death lol). It's safe to say that if your having issues trying to pressure while still avoiding ganks then you just need to get someone who can poke from a safe distance. Map awareness doesn't hurt either. I find that playing Cho'Gath, Teemo, or just any other top laner with ridiculously long range, pressure, and potential to punish for trying to farm can easily win you the game.
