Are Honor Capsules this bad? Or am I just REALLY unlucky?

In the past like month or so i've gotten 2 honor capsules which I thought was pretty good considering I almost never get them. The first one gave me Kayle, Nunu, and 2 key fragments, which sucks a lot of ass. Then the second one I just got gave me Garen and NUNU AND 2 KEY FRAGMENTS AGAIN. My friend opened his honor capsule yesterday, and it gave him a Lissandra champion shard (which is like 1000 BE when disenchanted!). Needless to say I'm pretty pissed off, mostly because I don't play league as much as I used to so I don't level up that quickly (not to mention i've only gotten the lower threshold for level up rewards 3 capsules in a row, which is 810BE). How is everyone else's experience with these? Is Riot planning to increase the value of what honor capsules give you at some point? [zombie-nunu-bummed]

just like any other RNG...there is a small chance at a good item and a good chance at many trash items

Honour capsules are somewhat spicier in the new season (see patch notes) although there is still some luck involved in how valuable the champ shards will end up being. Less randomness in key fragment number, and the honour 5 capsule will have one of the honour exclusive skins in it instead of just a chance.

That said, rewards for them aren't supposed to be anything too fancy, as they're just a little extra perk for what is for most players playing normally anyway, rather than like a free hextech chest or something with more potential real value.
