Maybe I misunderstood
In my character list annie has a hextech chest around her icon, i just got an S+ and didnt get the chest? Am i missing something?

The special border and the gold chest icon on your champion page means you've already received a chest for that champion, and cannot receive another for them until next season.

Once you get a chest from a champion you basically cannot get a chest for that same champion till the end of the season (not too sure how long) So since you got one for Annie already you cant get another one from her. Either that or you used up all your free chest for the week.
