Fix your broken game rules

This is the third time today I did Summoners Rift draft pick.... selected my champion... then someone on MY TEAM bans the champ I pick? Why the f&#% would you do that.... why CAN you do that? Players shouldnt be allowed to ban champs that your team has already picked.
