One nerf that could be given to mundo

his q is his main area of annoyance, although it could ether nerfed by being like olaf's q with a 10-12 sec, but you have to pick it up to get its current cd. An alternative is have it only have its low cd if it hits the target, otherwise a 10 sec cd or something

it needs to be on a higher cd. 2.2 second cd or something like that with 40% cdr. perma slow you. basically a burst adc lmao. it does a lot of damage.
