How to fix Evelynn's stealth for Rework.

Just a small thought, but considering how large the detection radius is for Evelynn at this time and also considering the playstyle of Evelynn, I thought it would make sense that her stealth detection radius is reduced per every level gained, thus becoming better at stealth as she gains experience.

It's already super small. We don't need her to be to the point that she's a permanent shaco on the map.
