Camille's Q

Okay, to start off with not another QQ Camille is op thread. I just tried her for the first time and I'm having a hard time with her Q. The thing that's frustrating me is the ability to cast the Q again before the second cast of the Q is available. Is this supposed to be some form of punishment for casting the ability to quickly after the first cast or why does this exist?

Here is how it works

If you cast it within a 1.5 seconds after the first cast it will be a copy of the first cast. There are times to do this such as the enemy is really low health or has short cooldowns and you want to get the damage off before say riven's shield is up again.

If you wait more then 1.5 seconds it will be a higher bonus AD ratio and apply the true damage.

I'm not sure why it's done, but I like it because it gives you the ability to mix in auto attacks for sheen procs without thinking. Also it allows you to have some time to use the movement speed from the first proc to orb walk.

More flexibility. Both casts are aa timer resets.

If you wait 1.5s, Q2 gets bonus damage and some of it is converted into true damage. If you don't wait, you can attack faster but lose the bonuses.

If you need the true boost you can hold onto it. Otherwise, you can reset the AA twice in a short frame.

In reality, it's probably punishment for bad play. You probably want to keep that 1.5sec timer in mind to pop two Triforce procs on the same cooldown... hahahaha.
