Ranked is Doing Something to Me

I don't know where else to put this, but Ranked play makes me depressed. Upset. Agitated.

Then makes the rest of my day utter shit.

Been like this for four years. I've tried getting coached, watching coaching videos, watching "How To Climb" videos, nothing has worked. I've been in Bronze for four years. I've made new accounts, end up in Bronze again. Can't get out. I play good, still loose a game. I play bad, still loose the game. Either way, it makes me upset and depressed. Puts me down. Eventually I just fall asleep in bed and do it all over again the next time.

I love League of Legends, I really do... But it's tearing my fucking life apart in every way.

I need some help.

Rank does not do much, besides the free skin for gold and above. You sure it's not your pc being really old and giving you low fps, or bad internet holding you back?

Quickly looking at your match history, a few things stand out.

First, you need to be taking flash. Don't take teleport and exhaust on Vel'Koz. If you are Vel support, you need to go flash and then either exhaust or ignite.

Second, your builds. Don't build both Morellonomicon and RoA. Morellos should provide enough mana by itself. RoA is a wasted purchase as it takes a while to scale and doesn't give you anything you need besides health and AP (which you get on Rylais and Liandrys which are a ton better on Vel).

Third, if you are going support, you need a gold generating item and a sightstone. The gold generating item allows you to save all the cs for your ADC and is just plain optimal. The sightstone grants vision and allows you to change your yellow trinket to a sweeper. Why is this important? Because vision is the strongest stat in the game. It literally makes or breaks games. If you're ahead, it allows you to control objectives and punish out of position enemies. If you're behind, it helps you set up catches where you kill enemies who are overextended and gets you back in the game.

Honestly, until you actually know how to itemize and build optimally, I would suggest continually looking at sites like probuilds.net and leagueofgraphs.com to see what plat+ players are doing. Just mimic what you see on there.

Just quit the game. A game should not be impacting your life that way. Make a commitment and find something else, find something positive to put your effort in to.
