thanks.

The new passive allows her to deal with getting zoned in lane and offers some ranged harass opportunities in fights, also getting a shield passively is pretty nice. Another thing is some of the unique interactions this type of ability allows, like applying full red buff/item 3022 slow, or getting the item 3074 item 3748 proc.

I love the rework, but I completely agree, her passive is the only thing that feels out of place.
A similar passive to Pantheon's, like a scaling physical shield every time she hits a champion with an ability, maybe making the shield a little stronger when she is under 40% health to remember the old passive. Not sure if that would be balanced or a good idea, just giving an example of what I feel would be a more fitting passive as opposed to her new one.

her* . I'm curious what do you consider "poppy" exactly her current passive? is using a shield as a secondary weapon not "poppy"?

maybe if it had shorter cooldown it would be helpful but its very high, and well the shield yes is poppy but not throwing it and having to pick it up.
