Can Lissandra get some buffs?

Its been a while since riot gave her a "buff". Which was to one ability. But it doesnt feel like its enough. Lissandra is classified as a burst mage but doesnt do burst mage damage. She suffers from low base damage in her abilites and poor ratios, besides W (which could be better). Her Q doesnt even get to 200 base damage. Her W hitbox was altered, Her E does 20 more damage than her Q (but personally it think its fine just needs higher ratio). Her R damage is just bad. 150 is just bad for a starting burst mage ult. Thats support level damage. Her passive has too much damage packed into somthing that we cant control or gaurentee a hit off. These nerfs were response to aftershock which sadly is still the recommended rune for her. But there are other champions that got nerfed also in response but got buffed again (sylas). Yet her buffs never showed. I think they should start making things in leauge class specific, like how some champs cant buy items that are for melee only, some runes should only be used by tanks, assassins, mages act. All Im trying to show is that her role as a burst mage is gone and was turned into an unfun CC bot that lacks any real purpose or identity because shes a bot now. Shes been knocked out of a 51-49% WR and down to 46-47% and creeped into 45% at some point. Just want to know what you think should be done with her in her current state.
