Can we get a small time to change Summs/Masteries In beginning of game

There has been some games that I have forgotten to pick when i'm jungling and it changed the whole entire game for me. Maybe just a little button in the corner at the first 10 seconds, and it would update for your opponents in the scoreboard. Also you could only change it once in the allotted time.

(If you're wondering for the people who keep it open past the allotted time then change it will just give you an "Sorry, you failed to change your Summs/Masteries in the time given)
