Tanks OP?

So, it's clear "The Age of Tanks" is here, but it doesn't make sense, to me, why Riot would nerf IE and remove DFG if they were ultimately going to buff tanks. Since tanks are now overwhelmingly strong, you need to have at least 2 tanky members on your team to win a game, or two tank destroyers--which narrows the champion pools. With that said, is there a buff for Last Whisper and Void Staff incoming, or are you just going to revert the buffs for tanks?
