[Client] LeBlanc Tips Bug/Dated

This is probably not a bug, so much as it is an overlooked, outdated piece of the client. My friend, who recently started playing league, has been utilizing the tips for almost every champion he's tried out. He recently took a liking to LeBlanc , and he saw tip #3 (as depicted in the attached image) said LeBlanc could prevent an enemy from using Blink using "Sigil of Malice" and "Ethereal Chains." He tried, and failed and asked me what he was doing wrong. I said she's since been changed when those tips were added. And now I'm here to point out this minute issue. Probably nothing too worrisome, but this was confusing for a noobie.
