How about a Volibear Buff?

I have some suggestions: -Cooldowns -Attackspeed at lvl 1 (or scaling) -Passive (have it also give flat res at lvls 1/6/11/16 when active) -Don't put W on CD if target dies during bite animation -Increase Duration of Q active -Make R also slow

The possibilities are endless for this champion.. He could really use SOMETHING though.

They are testing attack speed buffs.
