@Riot What was the goal for Shen?
Cause all I see is the same shit on different spells but without the ability to play top lane because you removed his bread and butter skill for surviving there.

Why even rework him? I thought he was hella fun to play. Simple, yeah, but sometimes that's what makes a champion fun.
Darius and master yi are another two examples of champions being quite enjoyable to play despite being considered piss easy to play.
