Ah yes the amazing and fun Thunderlords meta. Love getting 1 shot as an Adc by the multiple invis assassins and havig no chance to react. Before, atleast there was a chance to escape, now nope. Now some might say "you can play those champs too" I played many games as shaco and got fed in all of them Its no fun and doesnt seem fair to 1 shot everyone

Tank meta was best meta... though I admit I also liked League of Cleaver.

she can stop him with his arrow, if she drops a pink early enough or activates the sweeper.
right now im looking into featured games and there are 3 adc in almost every game. the first chinese pro game this season had 5 adc.
theyre far too strong right now, and people react to it by picking burst comps and assassins.
essence reaver is one major factor. the item is simply op. theyre giving adc almost cdr cap in a 70% crit build with attack speed. it wouldnt be an issue if they had items like the old essence reaver that allowed them get ability scaling instead of auto attack scaling. right now they have both.
no other item in the game is that good.
and its not hard to see that every adc like lucian who makes really good use of essence reaver got buffed like crazy because of the item. every adc who is really strong right now rushes essence reaver.
the item needs to get its cdr reduced to 10% again.
and phantom dancers is just as broken, even if it hasnt caught on yet. 12% damage reduction on one of their highest scaling offensive items. what the fuck. vayne with this thing is absolutely stupid.

essence reaver, and pd need to be completely reverted. im ok with adc having access to ad caster items, if theyre sacrificing attack speed and crit for the extra cdr. but right now they just get it for free.
Commit Sudoku1 votesThunderlords is a lot weaker this patch and is getting nerfed again next patch. It really isn't that strong as it used to anyway. I see more variety in keystones in games than I used to instead of 8 thunderlords and 2 grasp of the undying I see a lot of fervor, DFT, and strength of ages on top of the 3 or 4 thunder lords in a game.

The reason Thunderlords was so good had nothing to do with itself as a Keystone it was the mastery you picked up before it that was the broken one so taking Thunderlords was the only good option in the Cunning tree that made sense if you were going 17 points deep already for the Precision mastery. Precision mastery gave more Flat Pen than Runes you give you if you had all your Marks Pen.

This is a classic case of players blindly following the pack not knowing why things are overpowered because they don't put forth the critical thinking themselves to figure it out. So yah sure it isnt a direct nerf to thunder lords but thunder lords was never really the problem it was Precision increased your damage too much and thunder lords was just icing on its cake.
