Matchmaking??

Can someone please help me understand How do i get paired up with a duo queue that both take tp and say "heal is for f*ts" and "barrier and heal is for p**sies" Then they proceed to feed and dont even know how the game even works They dont know what cs is, that rank is reset in a new season and then say "ik the game well" How is this possible Just plz learn to play the game before going into ranked and say stuff like that^^^ Makes it extremely unfun for us who actually did well and at least know what a cs is...
