yes heimerdinger regen is extremly high. Try to build him 6 item hp regen +100%hp regen each for a total of +600%hp regen boost.
it regen faster than mundo ulti lulz.

I still had 6,000 to spend on gold before the end, to complete my build. Rush 6 regen beads and you have 1.5 hp pots on at all times, for like, the cost of 1,000.
All I was doing was wasting my ult on pushing a lane, then going somewhere else over and over. They can't kill you unless they really try with all 5 people, which means your allies push everywhere else. Unbeatable.
Btw - you don't even need to get proper items, except a spirit visage. Going for all of the raptor cloaks (things to build zzrot) and one spirit visage = done. Cost is low, results are high. It even gives you armour for each one to tank towers! I'm gonna try this on Darius tomorrow, since he has the second most hp regen, and his ult will actually mean I can do a bit of damage.

sure that thats his basevalue and not his base value+passive?(which doesn't count for the %regen increase)
326hp/5 with red buff, 3695hp, 275armor, 286resist. people will get mad at killing this heimer.
