The abuse case of new botrk is beyond broken, and need emergency hotfix

people now rune lifesteal rune, with botrk+bt, and some other lifesteal item like zeke from support. + RUNNAN !!!

People now have 50% lifesteal, and it work with the %hp damage with runnan ! that's mathematically a 150% lifesteal each aa, and it's clearly impossible to outlifesteal that amount of damage. and thornmail don't even work.

tldr : high lifesteal+runnan+botrk, clearly broken, and people start abusing it. Nerf it immediatly or desactivate botrk as soon as possible. thanks.

No, people running Lifesteal quints, BotRK, BT, and in Zeke's aura will only have 4.5+12+20+10%, or about 45% lifesteal. Runaan's bolt's only deal half of your AD as damage along with on hits, so you are in an idealized situation healing for only about 90% lifesteal. The also sacrifice a massive amount of DPS to do this, and as such are only healing for about 2.5 times what a standard ADC build would heal you for.

EDIT: If you do what you said in your response, they actually heal for only about the same amount as a normal ADC since they deal no damage to lifesteal from.

It isn't that broken, take ignite and build thornmail and armor and have your mid pick up Morellonomicon and watch them cry. Also, if you are 1v1ing them, the Runaan's lifesteal is moot, and they are left even weaker than ever. This isn't an OP, game-breaking, or even good strategy, except maybe on Kalista since most of her damage comes from rend anyway.

Isn't it wonderful that CC is a thing and that a build like that will leave a champion extremely squishy if not hitting anything?

that would be an extremely low damage build on any champion except for kalista.

One major thing to note: Lifesteal is calculated from the damage done after armor, so a high armor target with thornmail, for example, will be giving hypothetical carry very little health back. If you build armor pen (Last Whisper) on top of that that's very, very little AD behind the lifesteal. So even if thy're getting a lot health back, they're not killing anyone anytime soon.
