Couple things with spells and trees :P

First off, we have the mana summoner spell and heal QUESTION, why dont we combine these to make one big resource summoner spell that also works with energy and just put it on a longer cd? ABOUT as well, why cant the trees in the jungle hit camps when Tree man himself is hitting them for a faster and more stylish clear? that seems neat BUT the trees are lazy and wont hit champs :P another quick question, how come when anivia goes into super supper egg mode her ult stops? what if i get killed on Blue Big Bird and the enemy is like 50hp away from dying to and my ult just stops and they can just kill me for free, when that happens what is the point of my passive anyways? that seems kinda dumb :/ and are still in the game, why is that riot? just get rid of them please and thank you guys. not good champs, not healthy for the game, not balanced, get rid of yorick and fishy fizz THANKS A MILLION :P
