how bronze champion can darius be?

Here's a couple of problems I see already:

1. You ran ignite on Kayle top against a Darius. Teleport would have been the better option, as it would enable you to base and continue to keep up on CS. You also wasted the ignite very early on, while he didn't.

2. You took your W level 2. Typically, this would be better, especially if you took a poor trade at level 1. However, against Darius, you need your slow to prevent him from getting to you. As he runs at you, you could slow him and speed boost yourself and walk away from his Q, or you could slow him and walk into his Q, having him hit you with the handle, rather than the blade. The blade does extra damage, heals him for 12% of his missing health per hit (up to 3 hits), and applies a stack of Hemorrhage, which does bonus physical damage over time (which Conqueror converts a portion of into true damage and increases the damage, as it gives him AD and Hemorrhage scales with his AD), and, at 5 stacks, gives him a large amount of bonus AD. His ultimate also deals 20% extra damage per stack of Hemorrhage on the target, and he can apply all 5 stacks at once to enemies if an enemy champion has 5 stacks on them.

What would have happened in that level 2 fight if you, say, had Q instead of W? He would have run at you, you would have shot your Q at him to slow him, and you would have walked away with no need to burn flash. The other thing to remember is just how strong Darius is in the early game, especially compared to Kayle. Kayle is a late game hypercarry who will always be strong if she can just keep up on farm with her lane opponent; going even in lane for Kayle is winning lane. Darius, on the other hand, is a snowball champion. A team comp with crowd control and/or kiting is always going to be stronger late game, but if he gets fed enough early game, he can very easily destroy them all and 1v5 consistently until the point where all champions have 6 items, at which point gold advantages that happened earlier in the game are essentially null. So, you sit back, use your E to last hit, and hit him a couple of times while kiting away and using your slow on him any time he tries to come for a fight.

In the second fight I saw, you again got hit by the blade of his Q, which healed him, and you continued to run at him while he was low, despite the fact that he had 5 stacks of Hemorrhage on you, giving him the AD buff and his W was about to come off cooldown. If you knew how your champion and his worked, you would have walked away, waited for your E to come off cooldown while moving to block his escape, and then shot him down for the last 2 autos it would have taken for you to kill him from range.

The third fight, he runs straight up to you with absolutely 0 reaction. You don't Q him, you don't move away, you just let him walk up to you and hit you enough times to get all 5 stacks. You then get out, but he walks up to you again and Q + Ignites you and there's nothing you can do at that point but bleed and burn to death. Again, you don't move away from him, you don't Q him, you don't W yourself, you just stand there and let it happen.

In the fourth fight, he flash Q ults the Rengar to kill him, which gives him his passive buff for a short period of time. You walk towards him initially, then, realizing that this is a bad idea, begin running towards your tower, but it's too late as he's already close enough to pull you with his E. He had tier 1 boots at this point while you did not. The key to beating Darius is staying away from him. I would honestly have outright rushed tier 2 boots in this matchup after seeing him get the first early kill. Delay your strength for early survival, because if you don't fall behind him, you'll guaranteed be about 10x stronger than him late game. By enabling him to get close enough to pull you, you also enabled him to W Q R you, which was lethal because of just how big of an advantage he had on you.

Overall, just watching these videos, it's easy to tell that it's not poor balance on Riot's part that caused these, but rather, poor understanding of his champion and matchups on your part. Yes, Darius is pretty strong at the moment, but Kayle is much stronger than him at scaling into the game and is capable of keeping him from getting fed off of her in the early game, so long as you know what you're doing and what he wants to do.

Its really not that hard to play against. Just let him push the wave in and wait for help or just farm under tower. Just have to wait for a mistake and then punish him for it.
