Harsher Unranked Draft Dodging Penalties

Unranked Drafting is probably one of the most idiotic and frustrating things I've ever had to endure in a video game. It takes well over 10 minutes for me to find a game because of how weak the dodging penalty system is.

And a lot of times I'll end up getting the role I didn't want despite having it in the first draft which ruins the entire game for me. Please start actually punishing draft dodgers, obviously not as hard as leavers but more than a 15 minute time out so I can actually play the game
