Yet my request was denied and you've created a monstrocity. Anyone could look at the numbers and see she's completely busted without even playing Kai'Sa. Well, unless you hotfix Kai'Sa by removing the range and ap ratio buffs, I'm not going to be able to play her in ranked anymore...

New champions push sales, but only if they are OP. Therefore, all new champs need to be OP on release.
