In ranked champ select,
I pick Zed before the ban phase and for 14 seconds my whole team sees it. Then when ban phase starts, my adc bans Zed.. and he offers no apologies whatsoever.
I suggest a punishment system for these fools.
-I had to dodge because I'm in my promos. How can people be so ignorant?

Can't be punished for banning someone's declared pick. It's allowed. Just like how if you declare a pick and your last pick, but someone above you locks in that champion, also allowed.
Probably should have picked a different champion rather than dodge. That was the smart thing to do, but hey, it's your promos.
Yes it's low for the person to not apologize but if you're last pick or lower and the adc doesn't want to risk the enemy team taking Zed or just simply didn't see your intent pick it is not a punishable offense. You should also be prepared to play multiple champions in ranked not just 1 champion. What would you do if the enemy team took him? Just dodge?
You losing your promos or getting that loss on that one promo because you dodged is on no one else but you ;)
Umm zed is a common ban and chances are you were last pick so you dodged thats on you
