Yorick mana balancing

Since the removal of Clarity and mana potions, yoricks early game has become quite painful when going up against other top laners. can we get his mana regen higher or a nice handful of extra starting mana? another possible idea is to increase is ghouls duration/durability?

I would much rather of Clarity and Clairvoyance back but that probably not going to happen. [zombie-nunu-tears]
