If Morgana use her blackshield when braum have 3 stacks of frostbite on someone do he not get the shield(Courage of the Colossus)

I think it's intended interaction since you did not successfully apply hard CC to the enemy due to blackshield.
If he uses his q, Morgana's shield might get destroyed.(if he has high hp and decent ap) and it'll apply the forth stack. Then only will he get CoC.
This is how Leo and Morgana interaction is too.
