Riot game modes

This is probably gonna be a pretty short forum discussion, but I don't see why riot doesn't just leave the game modes such as U.R.F. Or All for one up constantly available to custom games only, thus not splitting the queues and creating ridiculously long wait times for games. Sure for the first week it might take a while to get game with everyone wanting to spam customs, but there still will be people who want to do normal and the Hype will die down fairly quickly, Plz rito.
