promo game fiasco

A jax in this game, my promo into B3, started playing differently. this was about 15 min into the game. He was turret diving a fed riven. jumping into the riven and a well fed yas multiple times. When 4 of them were pushing in mid he decided to TP top lane to get a turret ended up getting killed by the riven who was already over on that side. As two inhibs went down someone called him out. his response blew my mind.. also keep in mind jax was 2-3, he wasn't too terribly behind until he started doing all this other stuff. S o jax says "I'm not bad, I'M JUST NOT HELPING YOU %%%OTTS"... This whole game he was quite so I'm thinking wtf happened. then he says "I'm not helping because I got no ganks, apparently I didn't need help so now NONE OF YOU GET MY HELP" At this point I'm just floored. In this man's mind how is this logicall. I play top and mid and sometimes dont get ganks, I dont cry about it I play and play safe when I need. but here's this guy throwing the game because he "got no ganks" This was my promos game. at this point I had a good six game win streak going but the ONE game I needed to win to get into B3 this jackass does this. So yes this is why I fail to believe ello hell doesnt exist and that it is 100% my fault I'm stuck in bronze

This should really be in the player behavior board, not the gameplay one. BTW you're using one time somebody lost you the game while ignoring all the times people won you the game or somebody on the enemy them lost theirs.

The doctor is here. What I'm seeing is that you only remember bad experiences because they evoke negative emotions, which linger in your brain longer. Positive emotions are short bursts of happiness that are easily hidden, hence why people are so often "upset" in today's world.

Elo hell only sort of exists. It exists in the sense that there are more throwers in low tier games. It exists in the sense that there are more negative players in low tier games. But that also applies to the enemy team. You are as likely as the enemy team to get a bad player.

I remember hearing someone's math that is better than mine. They explained that by just being in a game and not feeding you garner the team a 6% increased likelihood of winning. Something along those lines. You'll climb eventually if you don't feed.
