Recent AFK penalties

Complaints for my friend.. Be it bug splat or Hung up PC AFK is by all mean punishable.

But recently i had a friend afk for no more than 4mins & reconnected played the rest of the game and had the most impact @ MVP but was counted as [PERMA DISCONNECTED] EVEN though he connected around 7mins and the game ended 22-26mins in.

Its absord that someone plays 18mins of a match and gets counted as afk and get no LP or honors THEN STILL GET A LEAVEBUSTER.
