Do NOT gut a perfectly good champion because people abuse her out of her Comfort zone. Compensate by nerfing the dmg or extra mana when no allies is around, everything is around ALLIES AS A SUPPORT your going to make her q Obsolute and thats one of the reasons i enjoy her as support. Nerfing that will destroy any control of a lane that people who main her usually have
You do realize that they're making her heal cost no health if she hits a champion with Starcall?
Better yet, do not nerf Soraka at all, just buff bruisers and tanks until they are no longer outlaned and outscaled by enchanters.
Soraka is getting nurfed, meanwhile Sona top is just about to hit 60% winrate, Lulu is nearing 55%, Nami and Taric at like 67%.
Anyone who thinks Soraka needs nerfs and bruisers+tanks are fine is lying to themselves.

The Soraka nerfs are insane, I don't care -if- it makes her W cost no health. It doesn't change the fact that her skills are being HALVED in power and losing effectiveness. If your ADC is low, you have to poke out and pray you hit your Q? It is so situational that it is not effective. Her Q gave her enough health that you could wait for opportune times to heal, hop out and then get the health back. WIth this? You are better off just stacking a warmogs on her, because this is just obnoxious levels of nerfing.[sg-soraka]
