Inconsistent interaction with Taliyah's Rock Surfing and Wards.

When attacks a Ward, Rock Surfing doesn't go on cooldown like it does when she attacks an enemy unit. Which it shouldn't since Wards aren't actually enemies, but there's an inconsistency with this interaction. If attacks a Ward while Rock Surfing is on cooldown, its cooldown will reset back to 5 seconds. Why is that? It doesn't make any sense and has been an annoying bug since her release. It would be nice to fix it, but it's not too game-changing.
