Supports need attention

I think that riot need to make it so that you can have a bounty off of assists for the reason that a support that's going 1/0/20 won't have a bounty the way it is now but should have quite a few items and will do good a mounts of damage for their team. This is just a thought that I think needs to be looked at rito hq!
