I've been seeing a lot of cdr items being released lately, so I like to suggest the following change.

Current Recipe: Stinger (1250g) + Fiendish Cotex (820g) + Combine Cost (850) = 2920g

Stats: +50% Attack Speed +60 Ability Power

UNIQUE Passive: +20% Cooldown Reduction UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks deal 15 (+15% of Ability Power) bonus magic damage on hit.

Proposed Recipe: Stinger (1250g) + Aether Wisp (950g) + Combine Cost (800g) = 3000g

Stats: +50% Attack Speed +60 Ability Power +10% Cooldown Reduction +6% Movement Speed UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks deal 15 (+15% of Ability Power) bonus magic damage on hit.

I'm not sure how this would affect ranked games, but I don't like how Wit's End can deal more damage than Nashor's Tooth and gain mr as a bonus, yet Wit's End can be cheaper. So I hope this can make Nashor's Tooth a little more special. Is it a good change?

To be honest, I like it because it gives the item a bit more versatility since we have plenty of cdr related items but not that many movement speed when it comes to AP items only (don't quote me on that)

I will say this however: if this goes through, you might get a bunch of angry birds after you. Azir summoner 11

Kayle needs that 20 cdr from that one item. You stop that.

Big time Kayle main here. Kayles current state forces her into the nashors buy or massive rune investment to not be useless for 5 of every 15 seconds in lane or a teamfight. I'd like her E to be reworked into a toggle like Jinx's Q, but until a time comes when Kayles E is made into a less frustrating money sink, please don't touch my nashors!

Agreed! Every time I'm looking at it I already have at least 30% cdr. And it just doesn't feel as useful as other choices. A magic resist stealing passive from item 3091 would be a nice addition to it. I'd actually then buy it for few champions such as Elise Karma Orianna TwistedFate maybe Kassadin Evelynn
