If so then why? I sure did missed the patch news, or wherever it was stated Can someone point it out?

Also are they giving a new similar type of jg item? please lemme know, thank you. Ill be very sad if they remove it, i spent days trying to figure out its passive and item builds because i never used to use that item before.
