Game is running like crap this patch

Specs are: Amd Ryzen 5 1600 3.6 GHZ GTX 1060 Founders Edition 16 GB DDR4 RAM I am getting severe frame drops during team fights and the game is not smooth anymore for some reason, the frames kind of tear a bit from time to time, tried lowering the graphics settings but it actually got worse. Been playing deus ex mankind divided all day with no frame hiccups and other games run buttery smooth so I know it is not a hardware issue. Whatever it is, this patch specifically I am getting absolute dog shit performance and I probably won't play until something is done about it because it is actually that bad. Just gonna put this here so maybe a rioter will see this post. I have seen multiple posts complaining about severe performance issues so hopefully they can resolve it soon. [sg-lulu]
