is jungle garen a thing?
just curious because it seems like hed be a good jungle honestly despite the lack of cc with his only engage being q. Im looking for advice thanks*[sg-ahri-2]*

It's a lot better this season, than previously. I still don't do it by choice.
you can make it work.
its not going to be optimal in this meta of early game, high impact junglers. most meta junglers can gank well after the first couple of camp clears, especially with red buff.
jungle garen doesnt have the best clear, and doesnt have great ganking potential until predator boots. like 
is going to be already a level ahead and all up in your lanes, while youre still farming your fist camps for that 300 gold, because he just has a faster clear than you.
but that doesnt mean it cant work at all.

It is not a thing; no one plays it because it is not good. If the advice you are looking for is good picks for jungle and if Garen can fulfill that for you, I would tell you no and not to play Garen in that role because he simply doesn't have things to make himself good at that.
