AFK Issues? League Have a Bug? Or Just Bad Luck?

Normally playing League, there really isn't much of an issue going on. I jump into a match, maybe an issue here or there but yesterday and today of this post, I had multiple matches where a person would suddenly afk then disconnect. about 5 matches this happened. 4 of them happened to my team and 2 of them happened to the enemy team. (One happened in the same match where a member of my team afked)

Does League have a bug right now where for some reason people suddenly can't connect? Or is it somehow really really bad luck that I got someone who dcd multiple times?
