Kat is way to op and can wipe out any team of 5 to 6 without breaking a sweat she needs to be nerfed (made less op) she is basically a god character, and illaoi just has way to low of cost on her spells and way too much damage early on. andy other heroes I havnt thought of that are way to powerful?
Umm kat is no where near broken right now, she rides a thin line. if she get's fed she snowballs, if she is shut down she can't come back. Moreover, any slight bit of CC is enough to stop her. Illaoi at least has some problems with her ult completely destroying teams on it's own while she can still be pretty tanky. Even so Fizz, Swain, and Vlad a more of a problem right now
