I got a permanent ban for using third party programs and yet have no idea what one would be never got a warning for it never got told in any email what is going on and why so I can only think someone hacked my account or riot screwed up and didn't look into the report. But as soon as I download legends of runeterra all of a sudden I get a permanent ban but can still log in and play that game. that's the only thing ive downloaded in the past years
well apparently Legends of Runeterra counts as a third party program. wow or maybe its because I didn't spend $2,000 last year buying stuff in game so they decided I don't deserve to keep everything I worked my behind to get. that's really messed up.

Stolen accounts sometimes do cause this, and in those cases the immediately locked account is a good thing since it prevents the thieves from continuing to access your account and contacts. Contact support and see if that's the case for you. If they can verify it was, you'll have to change your password (and check that the associated e-mail is still yours), and you'll get your account back.
If they can't verify that it was a stolen account situation, then you probably won't get it back.
im not saying I got hacked im saying that's all I can think of cause I don't use third party programs I don't even know how to work discord im an idiot when it comes to using computers so how do I get permanently banned for using third party programs when I don't know what they are or even how to get one.
Contact Player Support as described above. "Somebody" used scripts on your LoL account. Dont forget YOU are not banned, the ACCOUNT is banned. Also, it doesnt necessarily mean YOU scripted, it means SOMEBODY scripted. The question is how much responsible you are. Maybe you were sharing your account with a friend/relative/booster or you truly got your account compromised. Player Support will investigate. Runeterra is not the issue here. Be patient, be polite clear and precise, let us know how it goes.
got it all squared away someone did access/hack my account and used a third party program in a game to get my account banned I hope they were sent a virus or get arrested, what kind of person get so butt hurt losing a game they hack other players to try and get their account removed that's petty.
Like riot ''games'' care about players....just throw them money oh they do but only if you are big time you tube ''star'' who promotes their game.
