My league experience over the last 2 days...

Hey guys, i'm a little agitated and need to type it out, so here we go.

I was in promos for gold, from silver 1, which was exciting because I have been in silver for a while (a couple hundred wins).

Game 1. Client crashed and i had to do a remake. LOSS Game 2. I didn't ban a champion because i thought it would auto-choose ban no champion. LOSS (My fault i guess) Game 3. Let's give this guy a toxic team and make sure his client crashed before the game so he doesn't get into the game until around 5 mins (LOSS)

My games after the promo series have been horrific. My last game was a 4v5 (my team had 5) where the other team had a Yi. They won. (Client crashed about 18 mins in). very. very. very. frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled league multiple times to try and avoid the crashes, and now i get a 20 min ban timer. It's really unfortunate and I am trying my hardest not to tilt. So, for the sake of the conversation, you guys have any tips to get myself back into position for promos?
