Extremely Aggravated LP?????????????????????????????????

I'm stuck with this win and get +13 Lp/ Lose and get -26 LP... So I have been like 9-3 since placements in my division and have 59 LP... I Work hard to win 2 games only to have an 0/9 Jungler troll who doesn't buy a jungle item and builds Ap rammus(look at recent games)..

Enough is enough.... Is this a glitch or what? FIX THIS BULLSHIT RIOT.

P.S. Never spending another dollar on this game.
