How does Brand's new stack work?

How long does the stack last?
Any spell on enemy will let stack +1?
If Brand's R hit one enemy 2 times, will the stack +2?
AND there is no visual indicator of the stacks? Like EKKO? How do I know how many stacks the enemy has???

RIOT can you make it clear? The patch note is non sense.

No the patch notes read just fine, You hit enemy monkey with spell. they get fire stack 3 stack go boom. R can hit more than once, so it can stack more than once

Each spell hit is one stack, plain and simple. 3 stacks and dey go boom.
