As Ashe will be able to obtain pseudo 100% crit from the start of the game now, will rushing Hatchet be broken on her?

That seems too good to be true... Maybe the bonus 60% AD bleed gets churned through the same set of multipliers her normal crits do (which with just wicked hatchet would make her apply a roughly 15% Bonus AD bleed every attack). If it doesn't go through that same modifier, then it will be pretty scary broken on her.
Even if it doesn't go through the same multiplier, it will only make her double auto / spell auto poke better.
Her sustained damage won't increase all that much becuase it only does 20% of bonus ad per second, which with 50 bonus ad is only 10 bonus damage per second, which is less than recurve bow passive provides.
