New Champ Select is broken

I've only received my primary role 25% of the time. And this is with instant queues. This is unacceptable considering the old system would allow getting your main role 70-80% of the time. Hence having a main role that you actually got good at and enjoyed playing because it fit your play style.

Additionally, and probably contributing to the problem, the system can be completely abused by pre-mades. Two players can just choose as their secondary the primary role of their partner thereby guaranteeing they get their preferred role. This is just another slap in the face to solo players.

Three possible suggestions:

1. Create separate queues for pre-mades and solo players
2. Weight the primary role more, and just create a longer queue time for high demand roles
3. Allow the same role to be picked for both primary and secondary, this is the most preferred option, I'd rather pick just the role I main and wait as long as it takes for queue. If someone wants a shorter queue, they can pick a secondary option. For the shortest possible queue, pick fill as primary.
