i only remember seeing this on teemo. everyonce in a while after fighting someone and killing them....If i have spirit visage I will get crazy health regen. 70+ per second and i just heal to full. afterwards it will go back to normal 10 health per second. idk what causes it so i can only assume its a bug....but.....is there something this could be from that im unaware of.

im just copying pasting here......i dont know if this is a bug or not so i posted in gameplay because maybe its just something i dont know about and this is a normal part of league..................but hey....i guess it was deleted because fuck me right... so here i am reposting in bug reports.....

Spirit visage has great base healing, %200 ho regain i believe, which that works with the passive increasing healing effects on you by %25. If you get a warmongs and have 3000 max hp you can easily get 200 hp regain a second. Idk if it was a bug or not, i would have to know all the items you had at the moment

could be the masteries you have, like Recovery and Perseverance which add to your health regen. Perseverance is 200% when below 25%. item 3065 also gives 25% to all healing. That could be where you are seeing the increase from.

Did that person have red buff when you killed them?
