i think i found a Singed/GangPlank bug

around the end of my game where i was singed and my opponent want gangplank. i threw my W onto him, ran to him,and while we were both in my circle of adhesive.....i flipped him and he used his mango to heal (at the time of it being used, Gangplank was still in the circle) my flip continued as normal but when gp landed, he was rooted as though i had flipped him into the circle....he was flipped well outside of the circle.
