Is it better to click or?

I main adc I also play osu. In osu the way many people play is by pointing the mouse then using the keyboard to click. The reason for this is that one hand doesn't do all the work, giving you better results. So I was wondering why more league players don't do something like this. Binding the move key to something like spacebar. I want to know how you guys play league so I can better myself as a league player.
